Preparing your home for sale is crucial.  In today’s market, homes that present clean, organized, and attractive are the first to sell.  Research shows that staged homes sell faster and for the most money.

I am a Certified Staging Agent and happy to walk through your home with a critiquing eye to help you prepare your home to sell.  I offer this service complimentary to my sellers.  There are basic principles I review with all my homeowners as they prepare to sell their home.

If there is a need beyond the service I provide, then I will recommend a professional stager who has a beautiful inventory of current styles in furnishings and accent decor.  Typically these professionals offer a complimentary estimate, in the event you are considering this route.  This works particularly well with empty homes and new constructions. There are many different options and budgets.  The consultation will provide you with a better understanding of what suits you best.
