My house was a high end house that was for sale for 2 years before I listed it with Lisa. Based on my past experience with my other agent I asked her several very specific questions regarding asking price and how the listing would be handed. She was able to describe a detailed marketing plan that resulted in an accepted offer within 45 days of listing my house with her actual selling price of my house was very close to my asking price. It is important to note that she was at every showing of my house and was there to answer any questions that potential buyer and their agent had. I referred my neighbor to her and they closed on the sale of their house in 60 days. When the sale closed on our house she found a rental property that we were in for 1 year.
